Focus areas included the services operational model; solution design; quote to bill; knowledge management; supply chain and field operations efficiencies.  Head of Operations, Post Sales Technical Support, EMEA • Played a pivotal role in improving KPIs, whilst transforming a pan-European technical consultancy organization with over 75 staff, in 9 cities across 7 countries. • Increased group funding from 4% to 50% of the 5m Euro staff P&L in 6 months. • Grew business deliverables; scope; customer satisfaction and certifications whilst creating a consultancy service; a new support model for outsourcing and a consultancy off-shoring model. • Improved margins and customer satisfaction for a 60m+ Euro Equipment Resale business by re-organising the sales structure. • Played a key role in a small pan-organisational group of executives focused on improving the Quote to Bill process.  Improvements to customer satisfaction positively impacted the company’s Gartner rating. • Drove introduction of Google apps globally to resolve business challenges.
